Description

Health authorities in Malawi, Zambia and Uganda are looking for a supplier of Praziquantel 600mg tablets. Crown Agents Limited, as leader of the consortium managing ASCEND, now invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified bidders to receive the tender documents in order to bid to supply these items.

Bidders should be WHO pre-qualified or have ERP risk category of not more than 3 in order to be eligible to bid. If a bidder is not yet fully pre-qualified by WHO, they may express interest, and the final decision as to whether they may be eligible to bid will be taken by FCDO.

The Contract will be for a period of approximately 6 months. Deliveries will be required in June and August 2021.

The full Invitation To Bid (ITB) document will be available to eligible bidders on request from sarah.kowenicki@uk.crownagents.com. When requesting the ITB, please ensure that your email contains the ITB reference number above in the subject line and states the bidding entity's WHO pre-qualification status.

The deadline for expression of interest in receiving the ITB is 4th March 2021 at 12pm GMT. Late expressions of interest will be rejected. The ITB will be issued shortly after this date.
Bids will be evaluated in accordance with procedures and evaluation criteria described in the ITB. The successful bidder will be invited to negotiate and sign a contract based on terms set out in the ITB.
