Description

Wigan Council is seeking a Treasury Management Consultancy Service provider. We expect these services to include the following as our minimum requirement Helpline during office hours; Full TM support on debt and investment portfolios; Technical accounting support; Balance sheet review; Year end fair value report; Attendance to regional seminars/workshops, minimum of 2 places per event; Information and research services including daily updates containing market news, interest rate analysis; Credit Ratings from the three credit rating agencies; Two strategy meetings per annum; Debt management reviews and debt rescheduling when required; One Elected Member evening training session per year.
