Description

A 4 year framework in 4 lots from which work may be instructed on an ad hoc, one off basis, or as a programme of works. It is for disrepair and other work not covered by the term responsive repairs contract.
It is essential that all contractors appointed on the framework are willing to carry out works of all values and you must be prepared to accept works of less than £10k per order as a direct call off and to bid for works of less than £30k on mini-competition. If appointed failure to adhere to this will result in suspension/removal from the framework.

The framework will be in 4 Lots and applicants can apply for any number of Lots:

Lot 1: General building works and disrepair, which could include (but by no means exclusively) some insurance works, void refurbishment, office related FM type works and structural repairs.
Lot 2: Roofing work, which will be mainly non-planned, non-capital repair work in the London region
Lot 3: Damp investigations, leak and water ingress investigation and analysis
Lot 4: Damp remediation including damp proofing, DPCs
