Description
The Council is seeking a contractor to replace and make improvements to the flat roof of the Bus Station at the Cattle Market, St Ives, PE27 5YZ. Located next to the bus bays, adjacent to a busy car park, the site has limitations to access and will require careful control to ensure the safety of the public using the bus station and the minimum disruption to bus services. Placed in the historic centre of the market town the building is in a conservation area.
The contract will be based on JCT Minor Works.
