Description

The London Borough of Bromley is inviting tenders from suitably experienced and skilled organisations or professional individuals for the provision of Statutory Homelessness Reviews whereby the provider shall effectively discharge the Council's duty under s202 of the Housing Act 1996 by making and detailing all relevant inquiries, writing review decision letters and adhering to all relevant legislative and other legal requirements including the Homelessness Code of Guidance for Local Authorities.

Initial contract period will be for three years with the option to extend by a further period of up to two years at the Council's discretion.
