Description

A new Regional Adoption Agency (RAA) is to be established covering the Lancashire County Council (LCC) and Blackpool Borough Council areas, with LCC as the host organisation who shall contract on behalf of itself and Blackpool Borough Council (the Authorities).

This tender is for the establishment of a single provider Agreement whereby the successful tenderer will be asked to provide consultancy services in relation to the establishment of a Regional Adoption Agency (RAA).
