Description

Arun District Council is inviting organisations to tender for an External Refurbishment Project at 2-32 Hastings Close, Bognor Regis, West Sussex PO21 5PW. This is a 4-storey block of 16 flats with a mix of tenants and leaseholders, located on a densely populated housing estate. There are no real boundaries to the site and all roads and verges belong to West Sussex County Council. Permission from WSCC would be required to cross their verges or footpaths or to site any skips or materials.

The project comprises of, but is not limited to, the replacement of flat roofing, replacement of high-level cladding, drainage works, technical waterproofing of walkways, replacement of balustrading & handrails, the enclosing of the stairwell and decorations.
