Description

The National wishes to engage with a suitably experienced Audio/Video presentation company to support a wide-ranging programme of digital /online activities.

The areas include:

Filming and Editing services and AV support:

Family Learning videos
Schools - live interpretation characters, education films for the schools' programme
Digital Content for Social Media
Virtual Guided Tours
Public Programme digital content series
Regimental video series
Membership content
Chelsea History Festival digital content
Virtual Battlefield Tour - archive segments

The requirement will be from cross Museum departments which will include:

Public Programmes;
Learning;
Patrons and Membership.

The intention is that on average, there will be a requirement to deliver at least one of the above services on at least one day a month. There will be occasional certain surge periods e.g. the Chelsea History Festival a multi-site weekend event annually in the Autumn.

This will be a form of "call off" contract as it will be difficult to itemise events. Potential tenderers will be required to provide both a daily rate and hourly rate to allow the Museum to assess across all tender submissions. There will then be a separate discussion with the departmental host to assess the cost of individual requirements. All equipment is to be included in any pricing. If it would be useful site visits can be arranged so that tenderers can get a better appreciation of the service required.
