Description

The construction of a new build 1 200 m2 2-storey test cell building, with a 1 000 m2, 5 floor office inserted into an existing highbay warehouse space and associated consequential improved and reconfiguration of adjacent core office and workshop space as well as minor external works associated with the development. The project is to be procured as a Design and Build contract. A completion date is to be confirmed for 2018 with an option to extend by 12 months.
