Description

Quotation for a Circus to Visit Sandwell Valley Country Park for the Christmas at the Valley Event

Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council would like to invite a reputable and professional circus to Sandwell Valley Country Park, West Bromwich during 2017 to be part of our Christmas event. Starting on Saturday 2 December and finishing on Sunday 24 December inclusive with multiple shows per day.

Dates of set-up, break down, hours of opening are stipulated below and location within the complex will be negotiated with Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council as the circus will form part of the Christmas at the Valley event.

Should it become necessary for the Circus to vacate the site during the range of dates agreed, Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council will give the operator a minimum of one weeks' notice to vacate the facilities.
