Aston University invites you to submit a tender for the delivery of Building Condition Surveys to be completed across the Birmingham and Walsall campus:- Document current condition of;
o M&E Services (user interaction),
o M&E Services (infrastructure/ distribution),
o Façade and glazing,
o Roof systems,
o Structure,
o Floor coverings,
o Decorations,
o Ceiling systems,
o Woodwork/ doors/ fitted furniture,
- Classify/ rank the condition of the above,
- Generate development plans to improve the classification/ rack of the above,
- Identify cost of such;
o For internal reporting,
o For internal funding request,
o For external HESA reporting.
