Description

The Education and Training Foundation (ETF) are seeking a tenderer to evaluate four executive leadership programmes:
1. FE Strategic Leadership Programme, 2. Chief Finance Officers Programme, 3. CEO Mentoring Programme, 4. Development Resources for CEOs and Principals.
The successful tenderer will be required to submit five reports: one combined interim evaluation report for all four programmes documenting progress and outputs against an agreed project plan; and four final evaluation reports, one for each executive leadership programme. Each final report should assess the extent to which the programme successfully fulfils its aims and objectives, delivers a high-quality learning experience for its participants, and contributes to improving participants' professional practice and organisational performance. The final reports should highlight the programmes' challenges and the successes and provide actionable recommendations for the continuing improvement of the programmes. The ETF would also like to know if the leadership programmes are still appropriate as the FE sector is going through changes: do they continue to meet the needs of the sector in their current form?
