Description
The City Council's In-House building contractor, Repairs & Construction Services require support from external Drainage contractors with skilled tradespersons to assist in delivering a first-class Repairs and Maintenance Drainage service.
The scope of service includes but is not limited to; lead water pipe renewals, CCTV Surveys, drain cleaning/jet washing, and drain relining, including all necessary associated works. The service will be required in residential properties, public buildings and Schools throughout Newcastle Upon Tyne.
The Framework has 2 Lots:
Lot 1 - Residential Properties and Public Buildings &
Lot 2 - School Sites throughout Newcastle Upon Tyne
The Council wishes to appoint a maximum of three Contractor(s) on a ranked basis on each Lot.
