Description
North of Tyne Combined Authority NTCA seeks an experienced provider to undertake an independent evaluation of NTCAs Towns and High Streets Innovation Programme.
The chosen evaluator will assess the effectiveness and impact of investment into each selected town centre high street, including the benefits of the different approaches pilot activities delivered by each local authority, and the value of these being expanded to new areas across the North of Tyne. Lessons will need to be captured to inform both the delivery of this programme and the development of future interventions, including the exploration of new delivery models.
