Description

Public Health England wishes to appoint a contractor to upgrade the existing roof and provide a new liquid overlay
waterproofing system at PHE's site at 61 Colindale Avenue London NW9 5EQ.


This is to include all works, preparation, clearing, temporary relocation of equipment, which is in situ, surface treatment, final coat, access equipment and waste disposal. Contractor should allow for site supervision and/or management for liaising with PHE representatives for the duration of the project
SITE VISITS
Site visits will be at 1.30pm on Monday 13th January 2020. The site visits are a mandatory requirement, you will not be able to submit a tender if you have not attended a site visit.
