Description

The Virology and Pathogenesis Group, Public Health England (PHE) awarded the contract for RNAscope probe technique kits to Advanced Cell Diagnostics Srl (ACD Europe Srl).
The required kits will be used to helps understand the pathogenesis of Zika virus infection and also the assessment of vaccines and antivirals that are currently being tested. The RNAscope technology allows investigation of 2 lineages of Zika virus (African and South American) in the challenge studies.

Advanced Cell Diagnostics are the sole European supplier for RNAscope.
