Description

The London Borough of Bromley ("the Council") is inviting tenders from suitably experienced and skilled organisations for the provision of a 0-4 years Health Visiting (incorporating Family Nurse Partnership) Service to provide leadership, co-ordination and delivery of the Healthy Child Programme in the borough. This service will be an essential part of children's services in Bromley, improving health and wellbeing outcomes for children and young people, identifying additional needs early on, building resilience and reducing health inequalities by providing effective universal and targeted interventions for children and their parents.

The tender opportunity will be run electronically through the London Tenders Portal and suppliers will need to register their company with the portal as soon as possible (if they have not already done so) at www.londontenders.org in order to participate.
