The London Borough of Hillingdon (Hillingdon) is running a tender competition for an agreement for the demolition of the existing life expired timber pavilion and erection of a new club pavilion and associated external works at

The existing single storey pavilion in timber construction accommodates a small hall, and kitchenette. Toilets and changing facilities are located in a separate WC block. The existing pavilion is in poor condition with structural defects, abnormally high running & maintenance costs. The proposals for a replacement pavilion to meet the needs of the increased membership. The works will involve taking down a few trees to accommodate a slightly larger pavilion and adjusting the site boundary to suit. Associated external works include constructing a new canopy and new paving / concreted area.
