Description
Ealing Council, as the Lead Authority, are procuring for the West London Alliance, a Contract for the provision of Employment Support for the Work and Health Programme - Covid-19 Cohort in covering the geographical
area of the West London Alliance (WLA) Boroughs of Barnet, Brent, Ealing, Hammersmith and Fulham, Harrow, Hillingdon; and Hounslow.
For avoidance of doubt, there will be a single contract for the WLA between Ealing and the winning bidder
The Contract will be based on a 75% service fee and 25% Payment by results, linked to participants earning £1000.
The initial Contract period will consist of a referral window of 365 days, with participants joining the Programme on day 365, receiving up to 182 days pre-employment support, followed by a 60 day payment tail for achievement of the earning outcome. Giving an initial contract period of 21 months.
Assuming successful ESF bidding, Grants for the contract are currently being finalised, in the event of the 12 month extension to the Referral window being used, the contract will be in the range of £25m to 30m
