Description

This tender forms part of the four lot procurement published under the following OJEU Notice:2019-521437 and consists of two services for clients with high support needs which form part of Camden's mental health supported accommodation pathway;Bayham Street (lot 3) and Adamson Road(lot4). These services in the pathway support adults with severe mental illness (SMI) to enhance daily living skills in order to enable independent living in the future. Through supporting adults with SMI transition to independent living, the proposed strategy will contribute to the achievement of our communities' Camden 2025 ambitions, that by 2025, everyone in Camden should have a place to call home, and be able to live a healthy, independent life.

The contract is for an initial period of 3 years with the possibility of two further extensions each of one year in length.
