BACKGROUND
You are invited to tender for a new play area for all ages on the Bull Croft in Wallingford, a historic Oxfordshire town on the banks of the river Thames. The historic town is situated roughly halfway between Reading to south, Oxford to north and Didcot to west.
The designated site for the play area is on the Eastern side of the Bullcroft park, extending North of the fenced in MUGA and East of the existing pavilion. It must not extend beyond the Northern perimeter of the pavilion as the top end of the park is used for football pitches.

The master plan for the site will include a new sports pavilion with a kiosk space and toilets that can be used by visitors to the park. We would like the toddler play area to be at the Northern end of the park site, nearest the pavilion café and toilets, and the equipment to go up in age as you move South through the play area, with the oldest children's equipment extending down to the MUGA fence line.
