Post Office Limited (POL) is establishing a framework agreement for the provision of digital specialists to support, as may be required, the digital teams in delivering the highest standard of service and digital support to the business. The framework is divided into 5 lots.

The suppliers have been awarded places on the Lots as follows:

Lot 1. Experience Design (Insight, Research, UX, UI, Design)
Zensar Technologies (UK) Limited, CXpartners Limited, Kin and Carter Create Europe Limited and Corporate Document Services Limited. The total value of Lot 1 shall not exceed £13,000,000.

Lot 2. Product Management & Ownership
