Description

The University of Birmingham invites tenders for supply and installation of a frequency
doubled telecome laser system.
 Wavelength = 780.24 nm
 Linewidth < 10 kHz
 Output power in free space >8 W
 Output power end of fibre > 6 W
 Thermal wavelength tuning range > 100 pm
 Fast wavelength modulation range > 7 GHz
 Phase noise < -90 dB @100 Hz
 RIN level < -120 dBc/Hz @10 MHz
 Output: independent delivery @780 nm and residual @1560 nm
 Polarisation: linear
 PER > 20 dB
 Fibre: can handle the output power @780nm & @1560nm and be cleanable
