Description

The Trust currently has a requirement for demolition work of the single storey Wickham Park House at Bethlem Royal Hospital, Monks Orchard Road, Beckenham, BR3 3BX. The scope includes the demolition, removal from site and disposal of the existing building on the proposed site of the National Autism Unit. The intent is to obtain Lump Sum fixed price tender based upon the Tender Documents and to appoint a Contractor to deliver these works.
