Description

To develop a Framework Agreement for the Provision of Learning & Development Training to meet the requirements of Adult and Community Services and Children's Services Directorates and Pan-Dorset Local Safeguarding Children's Board (Pan-Dorset LSCB). The context for Learning and Development Training focuses specifically on the following areas: * Core training subjects including, but not exclusively; Market Traded Services, Effective Partnerships, Time Management, Customer Care, Facilitation Skills, Assertiveness, Project Management, Advanced Negotiation, Budget Management and Managing Complaints * Social Care subjects including, but not exclusively; Risk and Decision Making, Modern Slavery, Evidence Based Practice, Care Planning and Permanency, Introduction to Childcare Law and Tribunals Training * Specialist Training including, but not exclusively; Safeguarding Children and Adults, Safer Recruitment and Serious Case Review. Initial Framework for 12 months with the option to extend for 3 further periods of 12 months.
