Description

Guildford Borough Council is seeking to appoint a suitable electrical contractor to upgrade communal lighting in Council owned blocks of flats over a five year period (an initial 3 year period with an optional 2 year extension). The electrical contractor should be NICEIC/ECA approved, or equivalent. The installation of the new lighting system will include the rewire of the lighting system.

All works are to be carried out in accordance with IEE Wiring Regulation BS 7671.
