Description
Tenders are invited from interested parties for the annual independent auditing of the Article 61 Net Revenue Reports in accordance with the Tender Specification in section 2 of the ITT for the following 2 ERDF projects at Keele University:
The Smart Innovation Hub (SIH) and the Smart Energy Network Demonstrator (SEND).
Two audits are required in January of each year, one for the Smart Innovation Hub and one for the Smart Energy Network Demonstrator, a total of 10 audits are to be completed (5 for each project) during the contract period.
The estimated total value of the contract over its duration is £30,000 excluding VAT.
It is a requirement that the successful service provider/auditor should be a member of the Consultative Council of Accountancy Bodies (CCAB) or equivalent and hold a valid practising (audit) certificate.
Funding - The Smart Innovation Hub project (project reference code 32R17P01691) and Smart Energy Network Demonstrator (32R16P00706) are part-funded through a consortium of funding bodies, including the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) as part of the European Structural and Investment Funds England Growth Programme 2014-2020.
Given the need for one service provider to co-ordinate the delivery of all of the reports required, the contract has not been divided into lots.

Question 1. Approach, Methodology and Programme for the Delivery of the Net Revenue Reports for ERDF Funded Capital Projects at Keele University = 350 marks
Question 2. Quality of Named Lead Individual(s) assigned to performing the contract = 350 marks
Commercial (Price) = 300 marks
