Expressions of Interest required
Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust are looking to appoint a contractor (s) for the redesign and refurbishment incorporating new clinic rooms at:

• Churchill Centre Aylesford,(Lot 1) - Estimated contract value £151,000
• Coxheath Clinic, Coxheath (Lot 2) - Estimated contract value £161,000

Bidders must:
Be Constructionline registered to 'Silver' level with "verified" status and provide their registration number with their bid submission.

Type of Contract: JCT Intermediate Building Contract with Contractors Design (2016 edition)

The Trust's preferred option is for one contractor to deliver the works across both Lots (1 & 2) by 31 March 2022. However, each Lot will be individually evaluated and bidders can submit for both Lots, or individual Lots.
