Description

To obtain specialist advice on the solution to how to get access for the England Coast Path across an area of saltmarsh. To include an assessment of the situation and the outline design of a possible engineered solution.

Natural England is currently working on all of the English coast to implement the coastal access duty to create a new National Trail (the England Coast Path) around England's open coast by 2020.

As part of this work and at one location in Norfolk we want to establish the feasibility, practical implications and likely cost of creating a sustainable walking route across an area of saltmarsh subject to occasional inundation.
