Description

Sandwell MBC (the Council) are seeking to appoint a contractor for the provision of planned and reactive repairs and maintenance services. The requirement is split in to two (2) lots: o Lot 1 - General Building Fabric across the Council's Public Assets (excluding council housing assets), to include emergency response and reactive repairs and planned minor works and refurbishment of planned maintenance projects. o Lot 2 - Mechanical & Electrical Services to include statutory inspections and servicing, emergency repose and reactive repairs and planned minor works and refurbishment or planned maintenance projects (excluding council housing assets).
