Thirteen Housing Group is undertaking refurbishment to properties in Whinney Banks and Various estates in Middlesbrough. Thirteen seeks to appoint up to TWO contractors (one per lot) to support and supplement the Thirteen In House team in activities including boiler replacement and full heating replacements.
