Description

DDMS surveys

Keltbray are undertaking improvement works along the M621 in Leeds and reconfiguration of the junction 2 roundabout.

We are looking for a contractor to undertake a full drainage survey (DDMS ) of the newly installed drainage works.
Attached set of drawing identifying the drainage runs manholes and catchpits which are to be covered under the survey along with
Manhole and Pipe Schedules detailing manhole and catch pit depth and diameter Drainage runs length and diameter along with type of pipe carrier ,half perforated or fully perforated.

Works will be required to be undertaken across nightshifts due to the traffic management requirements.
All traffic management will be provided by Keltbray.

• Provide references willing to verify work type.
• Able to complete Common Assessment Standard style PQQ with insurance verification or be accredited to ConstructionLine Gold, CHAS Elite or Achilles Building Confidence standard.
• All personnel proposed to work on the project will hold/be willing to complete training to achieve, a National Highways 'Highways Passport' and have completed the common induction.
