Description
The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames and Kingston Clinical Commissioning Group are seeking to commission Direct Payment Support Services.
The main aim is to ensure users of services have greater choice and control over how their support is provided, with the support being both personalised and flexible. The key aims of this service are to promote the effectiveness of personal budget direct payments and to ensure that direct payment users in Kingston are able to use them to lead fulfilling lives as independently as possible.
Commissioning support in this way is part of Kingston's Active and Supportive Communities strategy which aims to assist adults in the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames to build and maintain the resilience that enables them to stay happy, healthy, socially active and able to cope in adversity.
