Description
The Provider will deliver an accessible, self-directed, confidential, online digital-based provision of Emotional Mental Health and Wellbeing platform to support adults aged 18 years and over (Service Users) in Devon, Plymouth and Torbay. This will be integrated into the local system to maximise access to this support and other services aligned to the needs of the Service User. It will be a 24/7 offer that particularly enables 'outside office hours' access to trained professionals/practitioners. This will include immediate access to support with a 'no waiting list' approach.
