Description

The project consists of two Lots (works and services) an interested party may apply to undertake both Lots Lot 1 The Council seeks to appoint 2 specialist experienced Contractors with a track record of delivering the supply and Installation of ultrasonic heat meters (the Works). Lot 2 The council also seeks to appoint an experienced Provider who will undertake the monitoring, management and account holder pre-payment facilities for these heat meters (the Services).
