Colchester Borough Homes on behalf of Colchester Borough Council, require a suitably qualified contractor to remove all existing weatherboarding and battens to the existing roof and replace with new built-up felt roof covering on plywood decking to include additional insulation as detailed in the specification at the Oak Tree Centre in Colchester.
