Description
Regenda Limited (Regenda) wishes to establish a Legal Services Framework, open to all subsidiaries of the Regenda Group and to other external Contract Authorities as defined by the contract notice.
The legal services have been consolidated into the following four lots:
• Lot 1 - Corporate, Governance, Financial & Securitisation
• Lot 2 - Housing Management & Commercial
• Lot 3 - Property, Development & Construction
• Lot 4 - HR
The framework will be for a term of four years.
The term will commence on 1 September 2024.
