Safety Climate Survey Toolproduced by HSE.The tool is based on the use of a set of questions circulated to employees and volunteers as a survey. The returns are analysedand will enable us to set the current state of the MCA with regard to safety culture.This will enable the Agency to assess where we are in terms of safety culture to allow us to measure where we are and track how we are changing the culture.
