Description

Nottingham Trent University (NTU) has applied to the D2N2 Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) for capital funding from their Local Growth Fund allocation for the two projects summarised below.

The LEP's Investment Committee has approved the projects for inclusion in their pipeline of capital projects. However, the University will not be invited to submit full business cases until funding becomes available. When this happens, we will instruct our preferred supplier to start work on the business case(s).

NTU is seeking assistance to develop the required business case for each project in accordance with the requirements set out on pages 17-19 of the LEP's Assurance Framework (1145 Schedule 13 - 2019_05_22_Local_Assurance_Framework_V7).

NTU is continuing the development work for both projects at risk, but approval of the full business cases is required prior to awarding the contract to our chosen developers.

Summaries of the projects are provided below. Given the developmental and commercial nature of these proposals, further detailed information will be provided to the successful tenderer, once a contract is in place.
