Description

Thurrock Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Principal Designer to support its proposal to develop two housing schemes on separate sites in South Ockendon. It is anticipated that this phased commission will span the development and submission of proposals to gain planning consent and other statutory approvals, assist with the development of detailed design and tender documentation, the management of the procurement process to secure a contractor (in conjunction and in consultation with the Council) and then the management of the works through to completion.
