Description

Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council (RMBC) is seeking an organisation to provide Services for its yearly Seasonal decorations over the festive period. RMBC needs a supplier who can design a scheme specific to Rotherham town centre and then implement, install and support that scheme over the period of time detailed within this tender document.
