Description

LB Southwark is seeking expressions of interest from competent contractors for the design and build of a new residential development of 23 new social rent homes (5 x 1 bed, 14 x 2 bed, and 4 x 3 bed) in two linked buildings of 4/6 storeys with associated landscaping and children's play space at Rye Hill Estate, Peckham Rye, SE15. The site is currently occupied by garages which are to be demolished and is located within a densely populated urban area in close proximity to occupied residential dwellings.
