Description
GC Business Growth Hub wishes to appoint a service provider to deliver a review of the Innovation Growth Service. The service is directed at owners, directors and senior managers in trading businesses with the ambition and potential for growth and the capacity to create jobs and increase turnover/sales. The service aims to help those with innovation potential to overcome barriers to growth that hold back new product and service innovation. This includes, opening up access to external sources of expertise and facilities, such as in universities and embedding the necessary know how that will enable a business to innovate more effectively in the future.
Specific tasks to be performed and reported against by the supplier:
1) Identification and evaluation of target market
2) Market needs/demand - survey data, evaluation of assist data/diagnostics
3) Review of current service(s)/product(s) to identify areas for improving the customer experience and impact
4) Recommendations for service development - products and underlying skills requirements
5) Small-scale user group evaluation with clients.
6) Put forward revised assets/content.
7) Outline likely messaging and design of client materials
