Description

Lambeth DevCo Ltd therefore seeking suitably qualified and experienced lettings agents on a local area basis across the borough with whom it will enter into management contracts.
We are inviting service / management agreements from suitable organisations that cover the following management services:
- Advice on lettable standard and how to optimise rental returns though judicious initial investment
- Marketing of properties
- Lettings including tenant vetting and references etc.
- Processing and managing deposits
- Rent collection and accounting
- Full property management service, including organising and overseeing responsive repairs and void works between tenancies
- Tenant liaison and customer service
- Tenancy enforcement
- Client (HfL) liaison and performance reporting
