Description

Citizen wishes to tender for the provision of a new replacement roofing system to the main roof and upper roof(s) over several plant rooms to a 1960's, 17 storey tower block - Pioneer House. The process will ensure that we appoint the right Contractor who can deliver an excellent service and demonstrate value for money.
