Description
The Council is seeking a suitably qualified consultant to provide Employers Agent/Project Management services, to support the development and delivery of the Broadwater Farm Estate regeneration programme for the remainder of the pre-construction programme and construction programme and post completion. The appointed role is to act as Employers Agent/Project Manager.
The Consultant shall carry out and complete the services listed below and all such other services as are reasonably incidental to or reasonably flow from those set out or could reasonably be expected from a competent consultant experienced in providing project management services on projects of a similar nature to the Development.
The consultant shall appoint and keep engaged throughout the duration of the appointment a senior member of staff for delivering all services and to be Director/Partner led from the outset.
