e-ITT for the provision of End of Lease Reinstatement Works at 1-3 Queensway, New Milton.

New Forest District Council are seeking to employ a Principal Contractor to complete parts of the design and complete the works set out in the contractors pricing documents, including but not limited to; new roof coverings, new wall claddings, replacement/repair of windows and doors, isolation and alteration of some services, remedial and maintenance works, decorative works throughout.
The works are in relation to a Terminal Dilapidations Claim and as such include the repair, remedial, decoration and statutory works included within the dilapidations schedule.
The site is located off Queensway, New Milton, BH25 5NN. The proposed location of the works is adjacent to other businesses and the site runs parallel to a public highway that has regular HGV traffic, all of which will be in use for the duration of the works.
