Description

Conceptualise governance models for the eight prioritised Regional Competitiveness Commissions (CRC) (Antioquia, Atlántico, Caldas, Cundinamarca (Bogotá D.C.), Magdalena, Meta, Santander and Valle del Cauca) that include gender and inclusion considerations.
 Formulate a strategy for CRC strengthening and positioning that includes a strategic narrative that bears in mind the particularities of each department.
 Capacity building for CRC members in the origination, formulation and evaluation of competitiveness projects.
