General
Great Places Housing Group (GPHG) is a forward-thinking, inclusive and successful
organisation which exists to improve the lives of the thousands of people living in its portfolio
of over 24,000 homes, across a range of tenures, including Social, Affordable & Market
Rents, Shared Ownership & other Leaseholds.

Window Cleaning
GPHG is re-procuring its window cleaning contracts, covering approximately 500 schemes
across Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Cheshire, parts of Derbyshire & South Yorkshire.
The total contract value is estimated to be in the region of £1,600,000 over five years, but it
is expected that this will be split into five geographical lots:

Central: BL & OL, M24, M25, M26, M35 postcode areas; approx value p.a £40,000; 109 schemes
East: Sheffield (S) postcode areas; approx value p.a £50,000; 39 schemes
North: BB, FY, LA & PR postcode areas; approx value p.a £45,000; 61 schemes
Manchester, Salford & Trafford North: M postcode areas apart from M24-26, M35; approx value p.a £110,000; 175 schemes
Stockport & Cheshire: CW, SK & WA postcode areas; approx value p.a. £75,000; 117 schemes
