Description
Babergh District Councils and Mid Suffolk District Councils (the Councils) are relocating their office headquarters from Hadleigh and Needham Market to a combined, shared public sector location in Ipswich. As a result the current offices headquarter sites will become vacant and are to be considered for redevelopment.
The Councils now wish to engage Architects, Planning and Cost consultants to prepare proposals for the sites to the detailed planning determination stage. The Councils wish to appoint one contractor only who will provide all of the required services.
